Description
This new restaurant and lounge describes itself as being both casual and upscale. It is perfectly situated for on a trendy Yorkville corner for star gazing. Chef Adam Foley has designed a Global menu to attract all types of diners, complimented by fine wines & cool atmosphere. Empire also has a lounge area with an in-house DJ on Thursday, Friday & Saturday nights.

The restaurant is excessively overpriced and it is not a friendly atmosphere. The food tasted bland, and I would not go back again.
