	4 out of 6 people found this review helpful. What a management disaster this place is. I have visited the varsity on many occassions as I am new to Toroto and have no car. Every week I visit this place something goes wrong. On 3 occassions in different theatres the cooling system broke down and we were all baked alive with the heat. Also loud is good but when you have to cover your ears because you are in pain listening to a moviethat is too loud- that is unhealthy. You should forget getting 2 seats beside each other unless you arrive 35 min before curtains open. Getting refreshments is impossible as there is complete understaffing at the counter. The one thing they are good at is taking money off you at the door. AManagement should be fired immediately as they clearly couldn't organise a nun fight in a nunnery.
