By January 2006, Stephanie Gurnon & Mark-Anthony Sheppard will have been running their fourth year of Mambo Tribe Salsa Dance Co, including the 2 studio locations, and their dance company which has travelled all over the world. www.mambotribe.com

They will also be into their 3rd year of the popular afternoon Sunday Salsa Social which has quickly become the premiere event for showcasing amateur and professional salsa talent in Toronto. This bi-monthly event draws salsa lovers from all over Southern Ontario, Quebec and even from New York, Philadelphia, Detroit & Rochester!

Stephanie & Mark-Anthony are now realizing their next goal with the Winter Salsa Carnival. They wanted something that no one had done before: a masked ball, dress-to-impress attire with everyone wearing masks, contrasted with a casual Sunday Social concept the next day; workshops with 3 top international instructors/performers, while promoting local instructors; not too many hours of workshops so the focus is more on dancing than over-learning; Toronto's hottest dj's; 20 performances; a super dance floor like at the Capitol Event Theatre; a silent auction with a great selection of prizes to bid on; and an atmosphere that you won't forget!!!
