A friend recommended East West Futons to me. I went into the store with the floor plan for my new condo. They have a lot of contemporary furniture. The staff sat down with me and helped me with measurements and design. I bought 4 storage ottomans, a dining set and a Zen futon. Everything was delivered last week in great condition. I didn't like the cover I'd chosen but the manager let me return it for a different colour without any hassle. Now everything looks so sleek. Very competitive pricing too. I recommend this place. This business sells very nice items, but beware as the company wishes to move items regardless for profit without consideration for the buyer. Delivery is performed by sales staff (not professional movers) and the manager does not have adequate product knowledge on the items that are sold. Items are delivered very late, and may be damaged during the delivery. The company will be a headache should issues arise with your furniture and I personally will stick with places that provide professional service with supported policies that make the customer feel valued.
