DO NOT Go to Gladstone!!! It is full of rich kids pretending to be poor while drinking their lattes and complaining. The service is really really bad!!!! You are not missing anything I do not recommend this place. Was this review helpful? Yes | No | Report as Spam |

I urge anyone considering this hotel as a destination to STAY AWAY! I had an event there recently which they handled very poorly, their staff is rude and unprofessional and althought the rooms and venue itself is beautiful it does not make up for the horrible customer service. They not only treated myself and my family with very little respect but they almost made my wedding day a disaster. If you want a cool hotel in Toronto, stay at the Drake!
