The InterContinental is overrated. Yes it has a sleek looking exterior and the lobby is screaming high class society. But I wasn't too impressed by the rooms or the service. I've stayed at other hotels at a lower rate with better service and more lavish rooms. However, if you're attending a conference at the Metro Toronto Convention Centre and looking for a hotel closeby, then I would recommend the InterContinental.
