We (Patrick (22), Ken (18), Ron (husband) and Mister (dog)) live in the main part of the house. Patrick and Ken are students at University of Toronto.
The 1 bedroom suite is located on the 2nd floor with a private entrance from parking in the rear of the property. Included in the sutei are 4 rooms including a bedroom, bathroom, a sunroom and a kitchen.
If you drive or rent a car, there is parking at no extra charge on the property.
