Above average generally. However, breakfast staff rude to guests. Boorish behaviour, ie, not even responding to guests when given a salutation/greeting, being stared at, being criticized by breakfast staff for not knowing 'protocol', speaking unnecessarily loud as if they are in a private home.

Very clean, well-maintained overall. Good value. Problems with certain front desk staff who definitely discriminate by ignoring certain people/guests--watch out. Other than that facilities, rooms great.
