What a total dive. Smells like stale urine and crack. The old guy next door blasts his talk-radio station 24/7, and bum fights and cracked-out hookers are common.

Typical rooming house - not the worst in the city, but certainly far from the best. The rooms are generally small and were last upgraded in about 1968. The place is kind of dingy and depressing, but in the last year or two they have upgraded 'security' by moving the office to the front entrance with a glass partition so that the office manager can monitor the coming-and-goings of residents.
