	1 out of 2 people found this review helpful. this place may look beautiful outside but inside is a different story. the south tower building which is located at the corner of bloor and avenue road smells like mold. the employee service elevator makes alot of noise and there are no self serve ice and beverage machines available. no coffee makers either. the rooms are small and the furnitures are awkardly placed.. this goes for the north tower building as well. the noise during turndown is unbelievable. do all rooms really need turndown? and why do they change bedsheets everyday? how are they helping the environment? all in all this is the WORST HOTEL located in the best location. I do not recommend this place.

	2 out of 4 people found this review helpful. I recently spent the night here. The staff was very nice and friendly. The room itself was also nice. The bed was large and comfortable - and the bathroom was stocked with an oddball variety (eg barley body wash, quinoa shampoo). But while oddball, it also felt very nice. My single complaint was that in the area next to the bed was just one seat. It would have made more sense to have a couch and a small table to go alongwith it. All in all, a good experience. I would rank it behind Fairmont though. I recommend this place.
