I recently spent the night in this hotel and had a very pleasant stay. As someone that has stayed in many many high quality Toronto hotels, I can honestly say this is one of the best. Their beds are very comfortable, the staff is friendly and courteous and the room service from the Matisse restaurant downstairs is excellent (I highly recommend the flourless chocolate cake and cheese plate).
