Excellent Hotel surrounded with major tourist spot,if you want facing the lakeshore you should make a reservation a head of time & if you enjoy walking & dining out this the right place to enjoy Canada in Summer time.

a bit pricy, you can find cheeper and more comfortable places locally but if u get a deal/discount for this then its worth it.

I would recommend this hotel to you if you are looking for a stay close to harbourfront, the cn tower, the rogers centre and the air canada centre. But, if you are looking for a downtown location with lots of nightlife nearby I would say chose something like the Hyatt, the Mariott, the Hilton or the Sheraton. If you are lucky, you will get a view of lake Ontario but other then that there is nothing fantastic about the Westin. Nest to the 4 Seasons this is my favourite hotel in Toronto. Great view of the Islands. Discrete and superb serice. Nice brunch on Sundays.

The Westin almost reminded me of a motel - it all seemed very average without anything standing out. The only thing I really liked was the view - could clearly see Lake Ontario from the room. Otherwise it was just okay. Better to go for Fairmont Royal York or the Four Seasons
