	0 out of 4 people found this review helpful. Customer service was sub-par. A friend is having some bodywork done on her car. After calling Fri 1st thing to find out when to p/u she finally gets a return call on her voicemail at 5:00 that it will be ready Sat. She calls on Sat. A few hours later she gets a call on her voicemail, it will not be ready till after the weekend, come and p/u a courtesy car, but she is not told they close at 1:00 on Sat. I had a family function that she was attending, she called me for a lift. Fortunately I had the time to go out of my way to pick her up. But what if she had gone to p/u a car? She would not have been able to attend. She also spent the rest of the weekend without a car - adjusting her commitments to reflect the extra time she needed for getting around.
