This was an apartment to apartment move. It took a long time but nothing was damaged. They charged $28 for packing tape, that was odd. My main grievance though, was that they left the sofa/couch until last... then held it ransom, saying we had to pay an additional hour to have it moved up to the apartment. Now, I don't know if the move was timed to end on the hour or what; the movers said it is ABS's policy to withhold the last item until they receive payment. And you have to pay the ENTIRE hour, even if only 15 minutes is used. In the end, we chose to leave it on the sidewalk rather then pay $70 for that one item. Not very cool.
