You need to know where your agency will take you. Yes we love great creative but what's our definition of great? To our way of thinking there are agencies that make their clients sweat (you know the ones who push from day one and always ask you to jump off the cliff and are all about shock value and hardware collections) and then there's the Arnold brand of creative. We're about making creative - of whatever form - that makes clients (and consumers!) applaud. Ultimately if you make a brand's customers love their advertising they'll love the brand. And brand lovers are brand loyalists.
