Located at Exhibition Place , the Automotive Building has approximately 10,600 sq.-metres (118,000 sq.-feet) of leasable space on the ground floor and approximately 3,870 sq.-metres (43,000 sq.-feet) on the mezzanine level, available all year. Facilities include a restaurant and kitchen, truck loading doors, escalators and an elevator and portable snack bars, and office space on the mezzanine level.

For rental of the Automative Building, advance payment is required: 25 per cent upon signing the License Agreement; 25 per cent mid-contract term; 50 per cent rental balance due 30 days prior to occupancy.
