I am over the moon happy that I found this salon. Frank is absolutely the best cutter and Benito a wonderful colorist. I have since recommened tons of people, both clients and friends, and all are so impressed by Benito & Frank's level of expertise, fashion sense and client service - so nice to have a great cup of coffee and home made treats! Slow service. They nickle and dime customers, charging them for cappucino when you are spending more than $200 on colour and a cut. They answer phone calls in the middle of cutting your hair. They are NOT on schedule. However, Frank is an excellent stylist and Benito a great colourist. But it is not worth the rest of the hassles. I switched to Civello for all these reasons ages ago. I guess it's fine if you really want to spend half the day at the salon.
