I agree with nat71, the worst shop I have encountered in a long time. Made a bad mistake buying there. After they get your money, you're treated like crap. I was sold a bike which was too big, didn't get properly fitted, fell apart on the first ride. I took it back which they fixed no problem, but really didn't want to listen to my concerns. I wished I never spent a thousand dollars there, they don't deserve my business. The owner just grunted at me and the mechanic walked away while I was talking to him. I wished I researched a little more. I even talked to a small group of riders and two of them experienced the same there, I would advise anyone to walk further east and try another store. I suspect the favorable review written for this shop was written by the store owner because every individual I know who has gone into the store looking for service or a product has commented on how TERRIBLE the staff is here (particularly the service provided by the proprietor himself). If you can help it, do not shop here. There are an abundance of bicycle and sport shops in the city. This establishment does not deserve your business. The owner can barely be bothered to answer your questions and if you have a problem with the product you purchased (that incidentally was erroneously *recommended* by him such as in my situation) you are out of luck. He will not attempt to do anything to help you (ie. offer an exchange, a trade-up, or a return). I work in the area and my colleagues have also commented on the owner's gruffness and have vowed they would never shop here. I do not recommend this place. Was this review helpful? My wife bought some training wheels for my son's bike there. They we such poor quality that they literally fell apart, my son wiped out, hurt himself and is now afraid to ride again. The staff did not apologize and REFUSED to help us. I will never shop there again and I recommend you don't either!
