In response to Sarah R.'s comments, Diaper-eez strives to give the best customer service possible but on sale days most of the customers at Diaper-eez are aware that returns and exchanges cannot be done as it would cause a major delay in checking out other customers who are patiently waiting to "cash out" with their purchases and understand that with all the signage around during the sale day - returns, exchanges and credit notes are not done on that one particular day. All staff are pleasant, helpful and knowledgable and I would pay for this type of service and would hate to loose such a place as Diaper-eez in my community. Returns, exchanges and credit notes are happily done any other day than their annual Birthday Sale and their first ever Warehouse Sale. I recommend this place. Was this review helpful? 	2 out of 2 people found this review helpful. Although the staff are knowledgeable, their policies are not family friendly. The store does not accept returns as they will only give you a credit. Many stores do this, but what what makes this store especially horrid is the fact that they don't let you use your credit note when they have a sale - even if the thing you returned was bought on sale. This is absolutely unacceptable. There are so many wonderufl baby shops in Toronto, and this store doesn't make the cut. I do not recommend this place. Was this review helpful?
