Have been with Edwards since they bought Don Valley Insurance. Was treated very well for the first couple of years. I got bigger, so did they. Customer service disappeared. They lost my business to another broker. Too bad Denny. Home, Cottage, Commercial Fleet, Commercial Liability, Motorcycles, and now Bonding... I do not recommend this place. Was this review helpful? I have had a number of customer service issues in the past few years. Just the phone manner is enough to say, I will take my business elsewhere.
