Shallow owner, completely self absorbed not everyone wants to hear about his appearance, love life or The Secret. I witnessed a full tantrum by management when a customer brought to their attention orange hair that was falling out due to a colorist error. Customer was berated, salon accepted no accountability. Certainly does not speak to the law of attraction (the secret must still be a secret) I will not go back and will actively advise against anyone I know continuing patronage. Sloppy cash grab salons are a dime a dozen in Toronto. Certainly does not speak to the law of attraction. A good haircut and colour is only as good as the dedication and commitment of the salon. I work too hard to take a chance like that with my money or my trust. My own experience was certainly lack lustre with the only consistency being complete inconsistently of the colour, cut, and service I received. I do not recommend this place. Was this review helpful? I went in with a boring blond color, told the senior stylist I wanted color and I was left with flat blond hair and the dark low lights are also flat. I washed my hair and its faded. Maybe its the products or the mixture.
