	4 out of 4 people found this review helpful. There is a manager at dufferin called Tiena. She is rude, unprofessional and has no clue about customer service. I had a bad experience at fitness one and people shouldn't be fooled by the seemingly cheap rates. Nor should you believe the 10 day refund policy. I have been a member of other fitness clubs and this one is the the worst one ever. The fitness one at duffrerin mall has disgusting dirty bathrooms. The staff are friendly when they start you off but when there is a problem they are incapable of helping. The headoffice does not return calls and the staff even claim to not know the physical address to the head ffce. Their equipment is old and there is lack of proper ventilation at the place. The managers are rude and unprofessional. l believe that this club should be investigated and lm looking at what authorities have jurisdicion over such places. Does anyone know?. 	3 out of 4 people found this review helpful. Stay away from the Dufferin Mall location!! They are rude, inexperienced and unhelpful. I went in to cancel my membership because I moved to far away and they informed that I still had another month to pay which I was fine with because it was in the contract that I agreed to. At that time they took my membership card and I was on my way. BUT they contined to charge my credit card after that month for an additional 3 months. They will probably even try to charge my card again in July but I have now contacted my credit card company to have the payments stopped.
