The fitness One staff are fantastic and helpful I'm finally at my desired weight and I'm feeling great. The price is right and the staff is wonderful I recommend this place. Was this review helpful? 	5 out of 7 people found this review helpful. This fitness club is very shady. The staff seems pleasant at first but they I very un-helpful and rude. The head office number exists but no one EVER returns the calls. The fax number is in OHIO, USA which is connected to a collections/credit agency?! Poor class choices. The equipment is old (ie. dumbbells), the mats are extremely dirty. Low fees is the only true thing about it....but low fees, low service, low cleanliness, low management.... I really love it. the staff is fantastic, the programs energetic and great equipment. All for way less then the other guys. Right now I pay $30/mth. I recommend this place. Was this review helpful?
