I have been trying to lose my baby weight for years now. I hated working out where guys watch my every move and are always trying to pick me up. The fitness One staff are fantastic and helpful I'm finally at my desired weight and I'm feeling great. The price is right and the staff is wonderful

This fitness club is very shady. The staff seems pleasant at first but they I very un-helpful and rude. The head office number exists but no one EVER returns the calls. The fax number is in OHIO, USA which is connected to a collections/credit agency?! Poor class choices. The equipment is old (ie. dumbbells), the mats are extremely dirty. Low fees is the only true thing about it....but low fees, low service, low cleanliness, low management....

This fitness club was in bad shape a few years ago. The club has new owners now and I can't believe how great it is now. I really love it. the staff is fantastic, the programs energetic and great equipment. All for way less then the other guys. Right now I pay $30/mth.
