She's always done a wonderful job, which is why I continue to go there, even though I've moved to the west end of the city. Christina Robson has been my stylist for several years, and I have never experienced anything other than friendly, professional service. This has never happened, but if I were unhappy with my cut or colour, I would tell her so, in person, at the time it occurred. I know she would do anything she could to make things right. She is a professional, after all, and she wants repeat business. As a consumer, it is my right to demand good quality services for my money. I certainly would not pay full price for something I didn't like. The unhappy client who posted the negative review should get a backbone and learn to stand up for herself when it counts, not slag someone anonymously online. I recommend this place. Furthermore John has alot of experience, but he does not look very old so again I think this is a personal attack... Please email me at christinarobson@rogers.com and I can help in any way.. 	0 out of 4 people found this review helpful. I am very upset to read such slanderous lies. I have never used those words. I have never done anyone's hair named Phoebe. It is sad that a person that perhaps worked for me in the past would be so immature and vendictive to make up this story. The sad part is that my son might read this at one time. Although we are not perfect or claim to be, we always try our best here at hair by nature. Honesty is the best policy Phoebe so I suggest you email me directly at christinarobson@rogers.com and perhaps consider telling the truth in the future. I am definately not racist and would never call anyone those awful names that you suggested I did. If your plan was to upset and hurt me you have succeeded. I hope you can sleep at night. I can. Please if anyone wants to have a great experience at hair by nature, email me directly and I will be sure to take the best care of you as a client. I had an appointment with Christina for a cut and a colour, and I found her to be completely unprofessional. While she was colouring my hair (unevenly, while glooping dye all over my face, without even bothering to put vaseline around my hairline) she kept leaving to answer the phone. When she returned, she began to gossip loudly to another stylist about the person she'd just spoken with, using her first and last names! I could have known that person! She gossiped to other stylists the entire time I was there, referring to people as "bitches" and "crackwhores". I was shocked. The colour is much darker at the roots than at the ends, and the bob she gave me is uneven and unflattering, and hangs around my face like basset hound ears. Worst of all, when she heard that my husband is of another ethnic background, she said, "so, you're dying your hair darker to look more like him, huh?." I was horrified, and I will NEVER, EVER go back there again. I paid $160.00 for this horrible experience, poor colour and cut. I'll go back across town to JC Salons in Bloor West Village next time. 	8 out of 11 people found this review helpful. I also got the absolute worst haircut and colour in my entire life here. My stylist was Christina Robson, the president herself. I got low-lights and they were incredibly blotchy. There were stripes of uncoloured hair all over my head! Then I got a trim (just plain old one length trim) and it was completely uneven. Usually I will go back to a place to get a hair mishap fixed, but I am way too afraid to let Christina touch my hair again. Do your hair a HUGE favour and DON'T go there. 	13 out of 16 people found this review helpful. The attitude of the staff was so poor, that I walked out and did not get a cut. Everyone quoted a different price range, including their own promotional material, and their web site. One employee said there were no junior stylists employed, then said there were no senior stylists employed. If I'm paying over $50 every 4 weeks for a cut, I would like to be treated respectfully and not given the run-around. They make up their prices on the fly. I do not recommend this place. John, my stylist, was very sweet, but seems to have learned his technique decades ago with no updates in the meantime. I will look in the mirror and cry until my next appointment - somewhere else.
