very community oriented, laid back and makes you feel comfortable. can't go wrong with a $20 shampoo and cut (that includes a tip). the only reason for the 4 instead of 5 is because i think the establishment could use an interior/exterior design update, BUT don't let that cloud the fact that the service is excellent and friendly.
