On the rare occasion that I did go into this store, I found that experience to have been less than satisfactory. On every occasion, the staff has been extremely disrespectful, and treated me as a faceless money sack. When selecting between two similar products, the sales staff were quick to recommend one with the highest sticker price, not being concerned at all with my real needs. That coupled with the fact that they have some of the highest prices in town are just a few reasons why I have never shopped there since, and would not recommend the experience to anyone.

The selection is great, the main store has pretty much everything you need. However, my friend and I were not satisfied with the service at both the warehouse store and the main store. The main store workers were yawning and sitting down while I was approaching, and were not very helpful even with many workers around. Both store employees seem to look down on customers who are not as familiar with cameras and photography. They also spend a LOT of time focusing on each customer, but ignores (does not even acknowledge) the others who have been waiting. I would only recommend this place because of its selection, but I would definitely warn them of their bad customer service. In addition, the prices were similar to any other electronic store as well. This place is quite interesting to me,neat items,has pretty good prices and a great selection. The staff is helpful and its one of the best photography shops Downtown Toronto,I preferred to used Kiosk printing self serve photo machine most of the time $0.35 cents per copy.If I want it made to order I have to wait at least 3 days pick up,more expensive,the quality is exceptionally good,I like their frame collections,batteries too.

This place usualy has pretty good prices and a great selection. The staff is fairly helpful and its one of the best photography shops in the city. No gray market business either like you'll find at a lot of the shops along Yonge.
