EXCELLENT customer service. i came in knowing almost nothing aside from i wanted to make a USB switch box and was told what i needed and exactly how to do it and for 1/4th of the price i expected. i was helped for almost 45 minutes without any feeling of rush. Great prices and great customer service. Much better than the old Supremetronic, because they actually eagerly help you out.

I would not recommend buy from this store, they have a strange store policy of no refunds or exchanges all sales final, I would advise going to any other computer store in the area (Factory Direct the most popular). speaking from experience buying computer parts, the last thing you want is a store that wont help you with your problem, customer service is fair not good and the managers can be a bit rude.

If your an Electrical Engineering Student or Electronics is your hobby this place is like toys r us. Don't listen to some of these other guys, they don't would not know what the difference is from a resistor and a Capacitor.
