12 years ago when I was a university undergrad I had to get tooth extracted. I had no insurance coverage so I had to pay cash for his services. His estimate was $150. I agreed to his fee. While he was extracting my tooth, the halted half way and told me there was a problem as the procedure became increasingly difficult. Then he said,"Now the fee is $250". How am I suppose to reject his proposed "new" fee. I was already in the chair and bleeding from the mouth. This guy is such a sly dentist. I would never go back to him again. I've been seeing Dr. Hui since I was 8. If you're the kind of person who just wants to get their dental work done and get out, he's the guy to see. He's fast and efficient, and speaks flawless English (as well as Chinese). Please note this office is not wheelchair accessible.
