The service here is brutal. I came into the store and asked for a specific lens needed for my -11 prescription. They kept on trying to convince me I wanted something else even after I repeated what I wanted. It was unbelievable. I can't believe I wasted my time going into that store. If a customer went into a store to buy red shoes. Sure the store can suggest another color, but if they want red shoes.....drop the other colors. THE CUSTOMER IS ALWAYS RIGHT!!
