Stay away from this place if you need a custom order. I needed 3 mirrors for a newly renovated home and stumbled upon JJMirrors. I saw a few mirrors that looked good but needed a custom order since they didn't have the size for my bathrooms, not a big deal. This is a custom mirror shop so I thought it would be fine. I ordered 3 mirrors, totalling about $1200. There was a 10% off sale for the end of January so that was a nice bonus. I was told 2 weeks to complete and pick up, to expect a call when they arrived. After 2 weeks I heard nothing, so contacted them myself, of course there was a delay (having renovated an entire home I was not surprised at a delay) so I waited. I called each week and nothing. Finally, 2 MONTHS later, end of March I call and finally they are ready. The only "small problem" as the salesperson put it was that the sizes were slightly off. When she gave me the sizes the made them, of course they were several inches too large and would not fit the bathrooms they were specifically designed for. Upset that we wouldn't take them (can't you just make them fit was their question) they agreed to remake them to the sizes that we had actually ordered. What was supposed to be 2 weeks again turned out to be 5 weeks, and they didn't call, I had to call. Unfortunately at that time only 2 of the mirrors were complete, the third was not. When I asked when the 3rd would be ready they said never, that they could no longer get the frame that we had ordered. When I asked why I wasn't told that 5 weeks prior the salesperson said "they don't tell me anything". So I cancelled the whole order. Waited 3 months for 3 mirrors and ended up with nothing. I can't believe this place is still in business, let alone doing 1-1.5 Million in sales according to their online profile. If anyone knows of a good place to get custom mirrors done in Mississauga or Toronto please let me know, I'm starting to forget what I look like.
