Growing Baby offers a variety of services to meet the needs of expecting and new parents. More classes starting in February, so sign up soon to reserve your spot!. All group prenatal classes are held at The Eastside Chiropractic and Health Centre, located at 880 Broadview Avenue @ Danforth.

Classes are offered individually or in a package deal. A prenatal package is included as well as a postnatal visit after your baby is born.

FREE Early Pregnancy Workshop

Growing Baby will be having a FREE early pregnancy workshop in the new year for those who are still in their first trimester. This workshop will cover choosing a caregiver, deciding on a home or hospital birth, how to have and maintain a health pregnancy, what to expect during the course of your pregnancy and at appointments and more.
