Awful place. They advertise themselves as a spa: well, the La Perla "spa" is a 2m x 1m room, with the oldest equipment I've ever seen, and, more importantly, with questionable hygiene. I got a European facial and a manicure, and I was displeased with both. To top it all, they advertise discounts on their website, but they refused to honor their offer (when I went there, they were offering half-price facials, and 25% student discount for all other services; with a printout in my hand, I was able to convince them that they did indeed advertise that on their website, but they refused to take 25% off the manicure, claiming that this discount applied to all services EXCEPT FOR the manicure!! - they were unwilling to show me a flier that stated this, though...). A disappointing and humiliating experience.

On saturday i walked into la perla salon & spa on short notice asked a woman there by the name of Sue if she could work on my hair, she said not a problem. Little did i know that she would be my hair angel.LOL. My hair looked fabulous when she was finished, the colors and cut was beautiful and blended perfectly together. Not only that I am still getting compliment's from my friends and strangers on the street. THANK YOU SO MUCH SUE YOU SAVED MY NIGHT!!! Victoria I recommend this place. Was this review helpful?
