I will never go there again. The stylist (Shuma) was very rude, and could not understand what I was asking her to do, even though the description was very simple. I should have walked out of that place right then and there. Instead she did what SHE WANTED and my new style looks terrible. I am very unhappy and will never go there again. As I mention earlier she was also very unprofessional and rude. She just kept yelling orders at me,like to uncross my legs,keep still,move here...no explanation! I should have talked to the manager.

I've been getting my hair cut at L'attitudes for probably 10 years now. I can't speak for all the stylists since I always go with Jacob, but I give him a solid 10 out of 10. He also does my wife's hair and she loves him too.

I decided to try L'Attitudes when my regular stylist went AWOL. I made an appointment, and got in for the following day. The place was clean, and all the staff was friendly and professional. The stylist/colorist who did my hair listened to what I wanted, and offered suggestions, which I took, and which worked out wonderfully. Great experience! I recommend this place. I have gone to this salon 6 times, I've seen 5 different stylists. The First time was fantastic, I was very happy. The second time the first stylist had left so I got someone new and it was alright. The next time it the stylist (again different) didn't listen at all and chopped off most of what had been my long hair. I had asked her for a specific style, longer. What she did was very short and wrong and her response was that my hair wouldn't do that style. Yeah now it wouldn't. I was very unhappy. After other mixed experiences at other places I went back and some guy chopped a huge chunk out of the back of my hair and called it funky. Maybe I'm just a sucker for punishment but after two more tries I found Kim. She listens, she only does what's necessary and I'm very happy every time. It's been a mixed bag but I'm happy now.
