I am taking the time to let you know how dissappointed I was when I called to order a taxi to airport for tommorrow am. The customer service rep who answered the call was extremely rude. i was taken aback. I understand we all have bad days but I really was dumbfounded by her abrupt and rude approach. I ended up telling her that I thought she was very rude and I will go elsewhere. She said fine and hung up. I have better things to do then write this email but I am giving you this information in hopes you take this opportunity to improve as it is intended. Signed, a caring citizen.
I do not recommend this place.
