I first heard of Chad Bradly from his weekly Q&A column in Toronto's Metro, and since I'm relocating to Toronto, I taught I give him a shot... From my experience with Chad, he's a top notch realtor, with in-depth knowledge of the Toronto condo market, I highly recommend him to anyone relocating to Toronto like myself.
