What are "Factory Outlet" products?
All products listed in our Factory Outlet are brand-new discontinued products shipped in original packaging. We usually have very limited quantities of these products and when they are gone, we can't get more.
There are no refurbished models available through the Factory Outlet.
Where are your printer supplies?
Ink cartridges, toner, paper and other printing supplies are available at 1-888-871-5111.

Can I order by phone?
Yes, if you prefer to order over the phone, you can speak to one of our sales associates at 1-877-231-4351. Our associates are available Monday to Friday from 8 a.m. to 8:30 p.m., excluding holidays.
How can I pay for my order?
We accept Visa, MasterCard and American Express credit cards (Canadian credit card with Canadian billing and shipping addresses only).

How long will an item remain in my cart?
Your cart will remain available to you until you close your browser window. If you wish to keep the items in your shopping cart for a few days, you can click on the "Save Cart" link. This will keep your cart available for 72 hours.
What happens if one of the products I ordered is out of stock?
We'll notify you if you order a product that is out of stock and offer you a substitute product similar in functionality and specifications to the product originally ordered. You'll be given the opportunity to accept or reject the substitute product and price. The price for this new product may differ from the price of the product you originally ordered.
Factory Outlet items are sold on a first-come, first-served basis. If you order an item from our Factory Outlet that we've run out of stock on, no substitution will be offered.
Will I get confirmation of my order?
Yes, you will receive an e-mail from hpshopping.ca to confirm your order.
Can I cancel or change my order?
Yes. Just give us a call at 1-877-231-4351 and one of our sales associates will help with your request. In some cases, the changes requested may require us to cancel your original order and place a new order for you.
How do I check the status of my order?
Click on the Order Status link located on every page on hpshopping.ca. You will need your order number and last name used to place the order in order to check the status of your order.
When will I receive my order?
It will usually take between 7 to 10 business days to receive your order, or 3 weeks for special order products. All special order products are marked on hpshopping.ca.
How do I use an e-coupon?
To redeem e-coupons, simply add the product you wish to order in your shopping cart and enter the e-coupon code under the E-coupons section. You must validate your e-coupon before proceeding using the link provided.
What if my e-coupon doesn't work?
If your e-coupon code is rejected, there may be several reasons:
You have entered the e-coupon code incorrectly. Please check the code and re-enter.
You're trying to apply a discount to a product not included in the e-coupon offer.
Your e-coupon has expired.
Your coupon requires a minimum purchase which has not been met.

Can I use an e-coupon if I place an order by phone?
Yes, hpshopping.ca e-coupons are valid for purchases made online or by phone. You'll need to provide your e-coupon code to the sales associate before your order is submitted in order to receive your discount.
How do I return my order?
You can return any purchase you made online at hpshopping.ca within 30 calendar days (10 calendar days for factory outlet and refurbished products) of your invoice date. Any software must be unopened to qualify. Click here for full details on our returns policy.

Excellent product,I do used them everyday;HP digital camera,scanner,CD's,etc.I'm very satisfied,their service on line is the best you can order them,if you need help call toll free HP Technical Support: 1-800-474-6836 Compaq Technical Support: 1-800-652-6672 I need a new power cord for my PC.
