Extremely poor, take advantage of seniors, charging them higher rates for both auto and home, by insuring them with different insurance company's.
Resulting in higher premiums for customers, but of course higher commission for broker.
Please check your policy, and call various brokers and do your own research as to going rates.
I do not recommend this place.
