I have never had a worse hair experience than the treatment I recieved from Gabrielle at Daniel Salon (Blue Jay Way location). I booked an appointment for a Tuesday morning at 9am, and he failed to even show up. I rebooked for the next day at 9am again and he was 45 minutes late. With a quick appology he began to rush through colouring my hair. I brought three different pictures to show him examples of the colour I wanted. I pretty much just needed my roots done, and few highlights and low lights, but I wanted my hair to stay blonde...and he repeated "so you want to stay blonde"...I said "yes." Then he put black low lights in my hair and I left with light brown hair with black low lights. I rebooked an appointment to get it redone the following Saturday. To fix it he applied a blonde dye about 2 inches from my roots to the ends of my hair. Then without even combing out my wet hair he blow dried a small section at the bottom and it was blonde, so I said it was fine. He left me sitting there to finish combing out my hair and I left the salon with soaking wet hair. I went home and blow dried it and realized it looked pretty much like how I went in. Too blonde at the ends with dark roots. What a waste of an extremely over priced hair do. I will say that the girl who cut my hair was really friendly and did an excellent job, her name was Yvonne.
I do not recommend this place.
