Typical friendly Filipino, they do have programs like piano lesson,computer class,Filipino Native Dances,Seniors Program,Etc.
They have Festival(events)field trip and more...
Their Centre needs improvement,very dark basement hallway...Location wise is quite unsafe???
I recommend this place.
