founded by Nick Jokic in 1986, is a dynamic firm with broad practical experience drawn from a number of small and midsize project management, design and construction projects executed primarily in the Greater Toronto Area, Ontario, USA, Caribbean and Europe.


Our expertise lies in all facets of project development and delivery including architectural design, preparation of contract documents, project management, cost and time control, tendering and contract administration for all types of commercial, industrial and residential projects.
We believe in providing excellence in workmanship both in design and project delivery, including care and attention to details, regardless of the nature and size of the project..

Our objective is to produce quality architecture that responds to our client's accommodation and financial requirements. We achieve this through close working relationships and clear communications between our clients and ourselves.

The firm’s size permits our clients to enjoy the benefits of personal contact with the senior members of the firm and the consequent high degree of accountability, as well as work of the highest quality.

Our senior members of the firm take total responsibility for the management of a particular project, starting from site zoning, planning requirements, producing the best design solution for the site, and developing realistic budgets and timetables throughout all phases of a project.
