Run from this place! There are more gym around here. The manager hates gays and most other races. He is out to rip off all, he will bully you and then get you to stop going to the gym. I worked for him!

I do not recommend this place.

My (personal) experience with that club is quite positive.

As I had already learned how fitness clubs sell memberships I was not astonished to get an offer for a one year membership where I would save the admission fee and so on. But I declared that I just would like have a day pass because I was only for a few days in Town.
The consultand, a really nice guy from Tunis was not insistent (otherwise I would just have be gone) and even did let me have a free training at that day.

OK, the dressing room was just under reconstruction and some of the machines pretty much used, but there are different big halls with high ceilings and a big choice of all kind of machines modern cardio trainers, in total it is a great space so that I am decided to join the club if I come in that quarter of Toronto for a longer period of time.

I recommend this place.

Okay, so the sales pitch is a bit of a pain, but what fitness club doesn't have a seriously bad sales pitch?

Its how they make their money, people. Think.

As far as the club: if you're serious about lifting (and if you're not, you should be: stop wasting your time!), the following is true:
1. They have 2 deadlift platforms
2. They have 2 squat racks
3. They have a power rack
4. The 'bells only go up to 90s
5. They have a decent selection of cardio equipment.
6. There's a decent (maybe 10%) amount of people who actually have a clue who train there.
7. Personal trainers, regardless of where you are, are completely worthless, and here is no exception.

The end.

I recommend this place.
