	2 out of 2 people found this review helpful. This review/warning is about Private Client Services a division of ENCON Group Inc. I had my car/cars insured with them in Edmonton. The big problems happened when I bought another car. They were deciding for me who is the primary driver. Explanations and discussions were not helping - it was like talking to the picture. They insisted that my unexperienced wife had to be the primary driver of one of the cars, even when she use it 3-5 times a year. So I moved insurance of my new car to different broker. Immediate savings were $1000 a year(!) with my wife as an user. My second car is not used at all. I repair it before it will be sold. Last week I've got a policy from Private Client Services after deletion of the new car. Guess what - the driver of the old car which is mine, never used by anybody else and never will, is my wife. Of course the premium is much, much higher than before. Conclusion - don't use those crooks, unless you are able to check every number on your policy. They will be changing them quietly, adding some new, unwanted endorsements, lie to you, and try to sack from you as much money as possible. This is what I have experienced.
