I concur what the previous post says. I currently live @ 62 Triller Ave. and my apartment has a growing cockroach problem, Gupta refuses to repair my broken window, sink and freezer. On top of it all Gupta claims the apt. to be newly renovated. One look at the apt. and one can tell that Gupta must have done these renovations himself drunk and blind, particularly the bathroom). I DO NOT RECOMMEND ANYONE TO EVEN STEP FOOT IN THIS BUILDING. There is no superintendent or on call maintenance . Gupta has the Ministry of Transportation convinced that there are 60+ spots behind this tiny brownstone so that if you try to get a parking permit it will cost over $300 as a result of so many parking spots being registered to this address. When in fact there are no more than 4 parking spots. In closing Gupta is a simple slum lord and this is the first step in a long journey to bring this petty thief to justice.

This realty company has mice and cockaroach invested apartments and refuses to repair the apartments. If you aare trying to live in these buildings I suggest you don't move there because you will not be satisfied or releived.
