	1 out of 2 people found this review helpful. I went to Sammy's once prior to remove a few rusted bolts from the battery well of my car. I was looking for someone to replace my current mechanic who is competent but seemed to have been missing a few of the 'fine points' when completing repairs, like properly lubricating bushings on a suspension job. In any case, I went to Sammy's to have him do a four wheel alignment and investigate a squeaking noise from the suspension. I asked Sam himself to come for a short ride to make sure he heard the noise I was talking about as my current mechanic missed it the last time I took it to him. Sam yelled at me, saying I'm a third of his age and he can find the squeak himself. I finally managed to explain that my current mechanic missed the sound and I just wanted to point it out. He then yelled at me saying I was 'shopping around' and didn't want f^&%ing customers like me. I honestly was very nice with him but by the end was ready to pound his head into the pavement. I've NEVER encountered customer service like this, it was ridiculous. I can't say if he's competent, I never got that far, but a mechanic who is so high and mighty that he won't even let you explain the symptoms you have to question their abilities.
