Located at 230 Town Centre Court (just off McCowan & 401 East), Scarborough, Ontario, M1P 4Y7, the Scarborough YMCA was opened in 1990. 416 volunteer fitness and program leaders. Programs vary from aerobics and conditioning to recreational sports and personal fitness assessments. Designed for individuals, couples, and families.

	2 out of 3 people found this review helpful. Close to TTC Subway station as well as bus station. Makes it rather convenient. Has a large parking lot as well adjacent to STC's main parking lot (infront of the movie house). Staff leave you be unless you ask for help, where they are usually helpful. There are numerous program offerings here including tai-chi, yoga, karete, volleyball, swimming, etc. It's not as big as I would have like but for a fitness centre, it's adequete enough to serve the community's needs.
