	5 out of 5 people found this review helpful. This is the WORST MANAGED BUILDING I HAVE EVER SEEN!!!!!!!! The elevators NEVER work, my girlfriend's car was stolen from the garage... from the SECURE parking ha .. no one in the office knows what they're doing, none of them speak English I wouldn't't even want my worst enemy to live here. The pool is never open .. the hot tub has been green and brown for 3 and a half years... we have a new building manager every month ... just all around horrible. My official rating is ZERO. And I also forgot to mention that they lock the laundry area every night... even if you have clothes drying ... and the area is filled with crack heads and whores. I requested to have some work done on my place about 123432 times and NOTHING WAS EVER FIXED!!!! I paid for the a/c on the first of the month and it didnt get hooked up until the END of the month. Also there was probably about 50 - 60 false fire alarms in the course of about 3 months at one point. But the view is great from the 24th floor ... and the actual apartment itself is nice.
