Every major city in the world has a Botanical Garden to call its own. Now Toronto has one too! The TBG officially opened on Saturday September l6th. You can stroll and learn the names of a great variety of trees and plants because all of them are labelled. The garden is located at the corner of Leslie and Lawrence Avenue East in Toronto. You can get there by TTC (take the bus from the Eglinton subway station). Plenty of parking for those who drive. Inside the newly designed building is a lending library offering books on plants, trees, and anything horticultural. Why not become a member of TBG? Check it out. Open 7 days a week. You'll love it. Something for all ages.

Absolutley beautiful place to go walking. They have beautiful paths, gardens a pond and more. I love going walking here - it is always beautiful and you can walk all the way to Sunnybrook Park.
