Great for tourists - terrible for those that live in TO. Why it's bad: - no parking (what are you going to carry all your bags home on the bus?) - crowded and hard to get around with little kids - no decent restaurants in the mall (unless you think McDonald's is good) I do not recommend this place. It is a kind of must-see in Toronto. The best place to shop as long you have the time and money. They have lots of different brands and souvenirs...

The Eaton Centre is the place to go to shop downtown. It has everything including a great selection of food, clothing, electronics, books, music and video games. Best of all an Apple Store will be opening very shortly. If you plan on visiting you should wear a comfy pair of shoes and don’t forget to check out Dundas Square when you take a break from shopping.

Most tourists will tell you a trip to the Eaton Centre is a day-long trip. If you plan to walk every inch of the four-floor mall, wear comfy shoes... or buy them. You'll find all the big chain stores here, including GAP, Indigo Books, Old Navy, H & M, Pottery Barn, Williams Sonoma, and hundreds of others. Cosmetic and perfume shoppers will want to go to the Sephora on the fourth floor. The mall is sandwiched between two large department stores - Sears on the north end, and The Bay's flagship store across the street on the south end at Queen Street West (it is accessible through underground passages and an overhanging bridge.)

We go this mall at least once every two weeks, if we cant find something at a mall near us, they will certainly have it at the eatons centre. Floors are as follows, the sub basement (-2) has only a food court and a few small stores, the basement (-1) caters to the younger crowd with the urban behaviors and transits; Ground level (1) caters to the middle class individual with the tristan and co and jacob stores. Second Level (2) caters to the chi-chi croud with the high end stores like LuLu Lemon Bebe and Harry Rosen. Two full food courts and two access points to the Subway stations one at each end of the mall for each feature.

Huge shopping mall. 2 food courts with nice selection of something to eat, no matter how crowded it is you can always find a table to sit down. You will defenatly find something to buy at Eaton's and if you are searching for a gift, this mall is the place to go. I recommend this place. Was this review helpful? Yes | No | Report as Spam |

No trip to Toronto is complete without a visit to the Toronto Eaton Centre. You'll find just about every chain store you can think of here, and if not, there's probably one within walking distance. Architectually beautiful as well.
