The concierge staff are excellent, not only being very welcoming to guests and alert of suspicious occurances, but they have been helpful in moving furniture and other things in and out of the building. The building is well maintained. There is a lot of light coming in from the east end of the building (not sure about the west). Cheap, and good food is all within walking distance. Subway is a 2 minute walk away (just past a Tim Hortons, and close walk to the financial district and courts). friendly people in the building and overall good value for the money.
